Gabidolla Ospankulov, Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Madiyar Sultanbek, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "NC "Kazakh Invest" held a meeting with a delegation led by Chen Guanfu, Vice President of the "POWERCHINA" Corporation.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the possibilities of expanding the corporation's participation in the implementation of investment projects in the energy and water management sectors in Kazakhstan. These include the construction of pumped storage power plants, renewable energy facilities and treatment facilities. Special attention was also paid to the prospects for the use of digital technologies, the localization of power equipment production and the training of engineering personnel.
G. Ospankulov noted that cooperation with the company opens up new opportunities for the introduction of advanced technologies and the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects that will contribute to strengthening the energy security and sustainable development of Kazakhstan:

He also said that POWERCHINA is considering the possibility of creating a full cycle of solutions in the field of renewable energy and water resources management in Kazakhstan.
