Foreign media learned about Kazakhstan's experience in providing public services.

As part of the international forum Digital Bridge 2025, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" organized a press tour for journalists from near and far abroad.

The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" provided a detailed explanation of the service department's operations and presented modern solutions being implemented for the convenience of citizens.

Journalists were shown the TsON mobile app and the one-stop-shop process for providing government services. The foreign guests noted the high level of automation, user-friendly interfaces, and speed of service delivery.

The mobile app's innovative services generated no less interest: video calls for consultations, an online social benefits calculator, vehicle history checks, and the ability to process vehicle purchase agreements directly from a smartphone .

Particular attention was drawn to the document terminals, which allow citizens to apply for a passport or ID card in just a few minutes. The delegation also saw a self-service area equipped with computers with internet access. Here, citizens without specialized equipment can access services electronically without the assistance of State Corporation employees.
