This year, more than 4,000 women participated in the IT-Aiel program

Aliya Orazymbetova, founder of She Innovator Startup, spoke about her experience participating in the IT-Aiel project and touched upon the program at a press conference held at the CCS Square.

According to the speaker, IT-Aiel, in addition to knowledge and new skills, gave him confidence and the opportunity to move forward.

"This experience determined my direction in the IT and media industries. Now I work in PR. I am engaged in international projects. I also founded the AI-PR studio, which introduces artificial intelligence into PR and media content production. My most important startup project is She Innovator Eurasia. This media platform promotes female leadership in technology, business and creativity," said Aliya Orazymbetova.

During the briefing, she also spoke about the results of the IT-Aiel project over the past 3 years. For example, this year alone, 4,079 women participated in the program. They improved their knowledge in artificial intelligence and related specialties and received certificates. 49% of the participants were salaried workers, 17% were housewives, and 15% were temporarily unemployed. The average age of the participants was between 36 and 45 years old. One third of the women did not have a permanent job.
